Shipping Options
 

We use the USPS, FedEx, TNT and UPS as our shipping provider because it allows us to offer competitive pricing and excellent service. Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a prompt email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

Please keep in mind that although most orders ship on the same or following business day, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process and ship your order (depending on seasonal busy-ness)

 

Return & Refund Policy 

It’s very important to us that you are completely happy with any purchase you make from orgoneX. We feel incredibly blessed to be able to create and sell products that we love, and we aim to share that passion with our customers.

Because of this commitment, we have a solid "No-Questions-Asked" 14-day return policy (Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs) on all of our products. Simply email our staff notifying us of your choice, and we will promptly provide you with instructions for completing your return

Please include a note with the reason for your return, as well as your name, address, email and we will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your product.

Should you wish to "cancel" in 12 hours placed order, please send us an immediate email, and we will promptly provide you with instructions for completing your return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orgonites produced specifically for you. You agree that it is not possible for us to receive a refund and sell it to someone else because they are prepared entirely according to your preferences and intentions..
